P4P Linen Loungers

Thank you Patterns for Pirates for this pattern! I make my own clothes, especially shorts, so they fit me exactly like I want.

M4M Culottes Rock!!!

I love these culottes! So comfortable! Such an easy sew! Thank you Made for Mermaids for the pattern!

Proverbs 24:3-4

Greek Quinoa Salad

3 cups cooked quinoa
1 seedless cucumber, halved and sliced
1 small container grape tomatoes, halved
Kalamata Olives
1 batch of Greek Dressing, no oregano and honey Dijon mustard

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Cool in frig for at least an hour before serving. This is fabulous for a meal prep lunches bc it gets better as it sits in the dressing.

Also, I like to add red onion normally but I didn't have any on hand.

Feta would be delicious as well but if you are dairy free like me it should be omitted.

Honey Mustard Glaze

This glaze is delicious! It would be good on chicken, pork or fish. We used tuna steaks and it was on point! Definitely make again! My hubby hates mustard but LOVED this! We served with steamed butternut squash with vegan butter, salt and pepper.

May the Fourth Boba Fettuccini

I found this recipe for cream sauce by the Pioneer Woman. It was very yummy. I made a few changes to make it gluten/dairy free.

1. No parmesan
2. I used Prego Traditional bc I didn't have time to make my own.
3. I used coconut cream instead of heavy cream.
4. I bought homemade gluten free dairy free Fettuccini.
5. I used Earth balance vegan butter.
6. Omit sugar bc coconut cream has a little sweet taste already.

It was perfect to celebrate Star wars day with my family ❤️

The Best Coffee Cake in the World

This coffee cake is the best in the world maybe even the galaxy...or universe! My hubby made this for Easter and it quickly became the favorite special breakfast! He made it for new for Mother's Day bc he knows I'm now obsessed!
