Turkish coffee

It was very yummy! Not as intense as american black...slightly sweet.

Recipe:
Add 2 C of water into small pot and stir in 1 t of sugar. Bring to a boil. Once water boiling, remove from heat and add 2 T of finely ground rich coffee, stir, return to heat. Coffee will reboil quickly...do not leave unattended. Once ready foam will appear on surface. Pour into mugs...serve hot with some foam on top.
