Pickled Eggs

6-8 hard boiled eggs, shelled & rinsed
2 cans sliced beets
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar

Mix all together and let sit for 4 days so that the eggs soak up the beet juice.  When they are ready the entire white part of the egg will be pink.

I eat mine with salt!  YUMMY!
