Banana Bread

2 Cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Non Iodized Salt
1/2 Cup Applesauce
3/4 Cup Honey
4 Egg White Beaten
3 Bananas, Blenderized (my new word lol)

Preheat oven to 350. Grease bunt pan with shortening.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl mix applesauce and honey. Stir in egg whites and banana until well blended. Stir in banana mixture to flour mixture lightly. Pour into bunt pan.
Bake for 85 minutes, until toothpick in center comes out clean. (my oven might be messed up so do an hour and go from there)
Let cool 10 minutes before removing the pan.

Super YUMMY!
