Corn Bread

1-1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup corn meal
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 egg whites


Heat oven to 400. Combine dry
ingredients. Stir in water, oil, and egg whites. Mix
until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter into
greased or paper-lined muffin pan. Bake 15 to 20
minutes.
