Orange Muffins with Orange Glaze Frosting

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
3 egg whites
1 cup orange juice
1 Tb orange extract
2 cups white flour 
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Beat the sugar and oil, whipping in the egg whites, orange juice, and orange extract.  Stir in the rest very lightly.  Line a muffin tin with paper cups and put a little over 1/4 Cup of batter in each one. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes, until golden on top. Makes 12 muffins.
For the glaze I combined 1 Tablespoon of orange juice with 1/2 Cup of powdered sugar to get a good drizzling consistency.
