Shepherd's Pie

1-1/2 C hot water
1/2 C milk
2 Tsp butter
1 envelope of Betty Crocker four cheese mashed potatoes
1 C cooked peas
2 C cooked carrots
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 lb cooked ground venison

Preheat oven to 350.

Bring water, milk and butter to a rolling boil in a sauce pan. Stir in Betty Crocker mashed potato envelope and turn down heat.  Leave sit for 2 minutes and then fluff with a fork. Remove from heat and set aside.

Stir the following together in a 2 quart casserole dish: peas, carrots, soup, and ground venison.

Spread potatoes over top of casserole.

Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until bubbling.
