Crispy Ranch Chicken
1/4 cup of unseasoned bread crumbs
1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley Original Dry Ranch Dip Mix
4 boneless chicken breasts
Combine bread crumbs and dry ranch in a plastic bag. Add chicken breasts one at a time and shake till the chicken is coated. after you have done all the chicken breasts I usually shake the remainder of what'sleft in the bag onto the chicken. Bake chicken uncovered, in an ungreased baking pan at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
I cut everything in half and made 2 chicken breasts. It was yummy!
