Turkey Shephard's Pie

16 oz turkey breast, cubed
8 oz frozen peas
8 oz frozen carrots
18 oz jar or turkey gravy (it might have been 16 not sure, whatever the biggest jar at GE was)
1 tsp of thyme
1 pkg of bob evans premade mashed potatoes

In my 4 qt crock pot, add peas and carrots, then place turkey breast, then I poured the gravy on top, lastly I sprinkled the thyme on.  Cook on low for 6-8 hrs, stirring occasionally.  1 hr before serving put spoonfuls of mashed potatoes on top.  Serve hot.

I made this after for my parents after surgery this week.  Its super yummy and soft on throats.
