Mexican Dip

1 can of Hormel chili no beans
1 large can of corn drained
4 oz velveeta cubed

Combine all together. Microwave 5 minutes, stirring half way. Serve hot with chips.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ok so I combined:
2 - 8 oz packages of softened cream cheese
1 Cup of Ranch
1 Cup Tabasco
1/2 Cup Blue Cheese
2/3 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
2 Rotisserie Chickens, then blend meat in a blender so smaller pieces

I combined the first five ingredients and made a creamy sauce.  Then I combined the chicken.  I cooked mine for 40 minutes and then heated it up in the oven on warm for 1 hour.  It makes A LOT of dip like 8 cups (which is great for a party). Serve with tortilla chips.
