Potato Soup in a Crock Pot

3 Cups cubed potatoes (I used frozen Oreida)
1.5 Cup water
2 Cups Baby Carrots
1 tsp dried onion
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp salt

Combine all above in crock pot, cook on high 5 hours.

3 tsp of flour
1.5 Cups of milk
1/2 lb of velvetta

In a small bowl combine milk and flour until smooth. Add to crock pot and simmer on high for 1/2 hour. Serve hot. This makes 3 nice size bowls.
