Beef Stew

2 lbs stew meat
1 white onion, chopped
8-12 carrots, chopped
2 lb red potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
3/4 tsp oregano
3/4 tsp parsley
28 oz tomatoes sauce
2.5 cups beef broth
Combine above in crock. Cook on high 7 hours.
30 mins before serving add 1 Cup of peas and below.
In small bowl, combine 1/2 cup beef broth and 1/2 cup flour. Sir into stew when you add peas.
Serve hot. Serves 8 ppl.
