Pea Soup

1- 16 oz bag of split peas
2 carrots peeled and chopped
1 small white onion chopped
1 to 1.5 quarts of water (start with one and if it is to thick I add the other half)
1-2 cups of cubed ham
2 chicken bouillon cubes
salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion salt to taste

Cook on low for 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
