Cheese Dip for Pretzels

2 Tbsp margarine
2 Tbsp flour
1 C milk
1 C shredded cheddar cheese

Melt margarine in a sauce pan.  Mix in flour.  Slowly ass milk until its smooth.  Cook on medium heat until it boils.  Cook for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper.  Add some cheese to sauce and stir until it melts.  Continue until no cheese is left.  Pour into bowl and serve hot with Pretzels.
