Soy Sauce and Brown Sugar Salmon Marinade

This was incredible! I will be making this in the summer on the grill!

For the oven I baked it at 425 for 16 minutes because we like ours super well done! I also used Cayenne pepper instead of lemon pepper which gave it a nice kick! I marinated it for 4 hours.

Yummy Yummy and my hubby says it kinda tastes like a sweet jerk! I bet thus would be great on chicken!
