Chicken Slaw

1 package of pre-cut coleslaw mix
1/2 small onion, sliced thin
1/2 C apple cider vinegar
6 Tbsp sugar
4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Rotisserie Chicken, chunked

Combine sugar, vinegar, and oil in a small sauce pan. Heat on medium heat stirring constantly until sugar is disolved. Remove from heat and cool completely.  In a bowl, combine coleslaw and onion and then pour vinegar mixture over top and stir to combine. Add chicken.  Refrigerate at least two hours before serving, stirring half way.
