Anti-Pasta Salad

My family has turned a new leaf and we are trying no processed foods.  NO PASTA.  So this is a creation I made for the Anti-Pasta people.  Its basically pasta salad but you substitute lettuce for the pasta.

4 oz pepperoni, cubed
4 oz hard salami, cubed
3 oz mozzarella, cubed
3 oz cheddar, cubed
1/2 jar of banana peppers
1 small red onion, bite size pieces
3 heads of romaine lettuce, cut up
1/3 container of Kraft light Italian dressing

Combine all of the above EXCEPT lettuce.  When ready to eat, put lettuce on plate and then top with mixture.  I like to keep the lettuce separate so I can eat this a couple nights.  I HATE soggy lettuce!!!
