1 box Lorna Doone Cookies
16 oz. Regular sour cream
16 oz. Cool Whip
20 oz. Can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 box instant vanilla pudding, 5.1 oz.
Line bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with cookies, set 10 aside. Mix together sour cream, cool whip, pineapple with juices, and dry pudding mix. Pour over cookies. Crush the 10 cookies you put aside and place on top of pudding. Refrigerate overnight.
