Easy Turkey Pot Pie

Thanks to my friend Erin for giving me this recipe/idea!  Such a nice fast easy recipe :0)  Not to mention a wonderful way to use up leftover turkey.

Put pre-made pie crust in pie pan.

In a separate bowl combine - 1 cup of cooked carrots, 1 cup of cooked peas, 2 cups of shredded leftover turkey, one small jar of turkey gravy. Put into pie crust.

Top with another pre-made pie crust.

Cook at 425 for 15 mins.

Serve with mashed potatoes and stuffing.
