Cheesecake Thumbprints

I would recommend cutting the cheesecake filling in half.

Also, I found that using a tsp dipped in flour worked best for putting the center dips in the cookies.  I only used 1/2 tsp for each cookie b/c if I used more it would drip out of the dip.

The first time baking 7 minutes was great...the second time baking I used 8 minutes, and then the baking with the cheesecake in the center I did 11 minutes.

This made me 24 small cookies.
