Peppermint Cane Fudge

2.5 cups sugar
7 oz marshmallow fluff
5 oz evaporated milk
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup of butter
3/4 tsp peppermint extract
12 oz white chocolate chips
4 crushed candy canes
2 drops red food coloring

Combine first five ingredients on med heat. Once completely combined, turn heat up to med high until boiling. Once boiling stir continually for five minutes. Turn heat to med low and stir in white chocolate chips and peppermint extract. Add crushed candy canes and food coloring once chocolate is melted completely. Poor into buttered 9x13 baking pan. Sprinkle some crushed candy canes on top. Let cool over night before cutting. Store in air tight container in freezer.

I made this recipe up myself and am really proud :0)

It's yummy and not to complicated for fudge!
