1 Tb olive oil
7 cups of water
5 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 bag of egg noodles
1 chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1 large can of carrots
parsley and seasonings to taste
1. Saute onion in olive oil in a large soup pan.
2. Add water and bouillon. Bring to a rolling boil and then add egg noodles.
3. Once noodles are cooked completely, about twelve minutes, add chicken and carrots. Simmer for additional ten minutes.
4. Season soup.
This was amazingly easy!!!! I will make this again soon!
