We found these Salad Savor Kits by Delallo and they are incredible! They are individual salad kits that you just add the kit, lettuce and dressing and BAM dinner is served! We tried the pear, almond and gorgonzola kit with balsamic dressing. It was really good. Our favorite kit was the dried cherry, pecans, and blue cheese! Look by the dressing by the bagged lettuce in your grocery store. So worth a try!
1 cup uncooked rice
4 chicken breast halves, cleaned and dried
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 10 oz can of cream of chicken soup
2 soup cans of water
1/4 c melted margarine
Grease 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Spread rice in bottom of dish. Place chicken on top of rice. Combine onion soup mix, chicken soup, water and margarine in bowl...mix well. Poor over chicken. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for 1-1/2 to 2 hours, until chicken is tender.
Leftovers are really great with this recipe!
1 package mint oreos, crushed
6 oz cream cheese softened
Mix the above together. Roll into 1" balls. I found using my hands to mix was easier than a spoon. Place on cookie sheet, sick a touch in each, and pop into freezer for 10 mins.
2 bags of white chocolate chips, total of 24 oz.
8 drops of green food coloring
Melt chocolate in microwave until creamy, no more than 30 seconds at a time and stir every time. Add food coloring and combine completely.
Pull balls out of freezer. Holding toothpick dip and cover completely with chocolate. Place on a cookie sheet that is lined with wax paper.
Freeze for an additional hour.
