1 cup uncooked rice
4 chicken breast halves, cleaned and dried
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 10 oz can of cream of chicken soup
2 soup cans of water
1/4 c melted margarine
Grease 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Spread rice in bottom of dish. Place chicken on top of rice. Combine onion soup mix, chicken soup, water and margarine in bowl...mix well. Poor over chicken. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for 1-1/2 to 2 hours, until chicken is tender.
Leftovers are really great with this recipe!
