1 Cup Cooked Cauliflower Rice
1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried garlic
1/4 tsp garlic salt
Pizza Sauce and Mozzarella Cheese
Microwave Riced Cauliflower for 5 mins. DO NOT ADD WATER.
Preheat oven to 450. Spray a pizza pan with non stick cooking spray.
Combine cooked cauliflower, egg and cheese. Then add garlic, oregano and salt. Press into a pizza pan making a 9" circle.
Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. *my edges burned so I tried 13 mins and it worked better!
Remove from oven and add sauce and cheese. **Any toppings need to be pre-cooked as the broiler won't do the job.
Place under broiler for 2-3 minutes under cheese is melted.
This pizza crust is amazing!
The best I ever had and it did not taste like cauliflower.
