How to dry Cayenne Pepper for later use


We decided to dry these so we can use them for our Homemade General Tso's Chicken :)

1. Our Cayenne Peppers

2. Slice in Half and take out seeds.

3. Line pan with foil and place peppers face down.

4. Cook on 175 for 7 hours.
5. Once turning a little brown but in a plastic bag to store.
