Shredded BBQ Beef

Put chuck roast in crock pot and cover with water. Cook on low for 8 hours. Remove bones and fat. Shred meat with a fork. Put meat back in the empty crock. Add 1/2 bottle of Kraft BBQ sauce. Cook on low for 1-1/2 hours. Serve hot on sandwich buns.
