Easter Lamb Loin Chops

1/4 white onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, pressed
2 tsp dried Thyme
2 tsp dried Rosemary
1/2 dried cayenne pepper, chopped
1/2 cup olive oil

Combine and place in large zip lock bag.
Put 8 lamb loin chops in bag and let marinade over night.

Preheat to broil on oven. Lamb to room temp and remove larger pieces from meat. Season with salt and pepper. Broil each side for 2 mins, let rest 10 mins, and broil additional 4 mins.
