Parmesan Zucchini Spears

Preheat oven to 350.

Cover cookie sheet with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray.

1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 tsp each of: oregano, thyme, basil
1/2 tsp each of: parsley, garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Mix all of the above in a small bowl.

In a separate bowl, beat one egg.

Spear 1 medium zucchini.

Dip zucchini in egg and then cover in parmesan mixture.

Place on cookie sheet.

Bake for 15-18 minutes or until tender.

Serve hot!
