1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup oatmeal
1-1/2 cups kale
Heat oven to 400.
Pulse oatmeal and kale in food processor.
Place everything in small bowl and mix with hands.
Place golf size balls on foil lined baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes until cooked thoroughly.
You can serve them plain or with sauce.
I like these bc sometimes I make spicy food and I don't want Olivia to have that yet so I get a meatball out of the freezer and she can have that for dinner.
