Butternut Squash Soup

I didn't follow this recipe exactly. After I simmered it for 45 minutes, I took a hand potato masher and mashed the squash so the soup wasn't super chunky. Add 4 Tbsp milk, stir and let simmer for 15 more minutes. I seasoned with salt and pepper and served with bread.
