Garlic Parmesan Spaghetti Squash

1 large spaghetti squash
Olive oil

Heat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with foil and drizzle with olive oil. Cut squash in half, remove seeds, and place face down in oil on the baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked through. Remove from oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes. Take a fork and shred squash (will look like spaghetti).

4 Tbsp butter
3 tsp garlic paste
1/2 cup Parmesan
2 tsp parsley

Melt butter in small pot. Add garlic paste until melted into butter. Remove from heat and pour over spaghetti squash. Add parmesan and parsley and combine.

Serve hot.
