Spinach Sausage Tortellini Soup

1 lb original sausage
2 tsp garlic paste
64 oz chicken broth
32 oz diced Italian seasoned tomatoes
1 package fresh baby spinach
1 bag cheese tortellini

Brown 1 tube of sausage. When almost done, add garlic. While that is cooking, add chicken broth and diced tomatoes in large pot. Bring to boil. Add the sausage when cooked thoroughly. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Add spinach and tortellini. Simmer an additional 20 minutes. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top and bread.
