Top 10 Christmas Traditions

1. We put up our Christmas Decorations and afterwards we order Chinese Food.

2. Allie gets a picture with Santa and a Puppy Latte from Starbucks.

3. Drive around and see Christmas lights with Hot Chocolate.

4. Send Christmas Cards.

5. Decorate cookies together.

6. We leave Macaroons for Santa

7. Purchase a new Christmas Book Every Year.

8. Family picture in front of our tree.

9. We go to Kraynak's.

10. Christmas Eve Church.

11. Advent Calendar. 

12. Visit Santa Claus.

13. Have a birthday cake for baby Jesus.

This was a very yummy and very special Christmas morning breakfast. The only thing I did differently was I used strawberries, omitted the almonds, and used pre-made frozen gluten free pastry sheets.

If you are like me, then trying a new recipe with an expensive piece of meat is very scary. So I took the leap this year and I'm so glad I did! This recipe for beef tenderloin is so amazing. It came out perfectly! I can't wait to make it again.  It made our Christmas dinner extra special!

Creamy Tomato Pasta Soup

I used dried seasonings instead of fresh and shells instead of tortellini.

Delicious and a staple at our house!

Crock Pot Chicken Beans and Potatoes

4 chicken breasts
Green beans, raw
3 lbs red skin potatoes, halved
1 pkt dry onion soup mix
2-3 cups of water

Put all in crock pot on high for 6 hours.

Serve hot.

Super easy and super good :)

Elmo Costume

When I was little, I will always remember the Halloween my Grandma made my sister and I cow costumes. We had so much fun and had amazing memories.

I'm going to try and keep that tradition alive with my daughter.

How to roast Acorn Squash

I love acorn squash! It is my fav! Super easy too!

1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Cover baking sheet with foil.
3. Cut acorn squash in half and remove seeds.
4. Place on baking sheet cut side up.
5. Rib with olive oil.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Cook for 45-60 mins.
