New Year 2016

We made bbq ribs, mashed potatoes,  and sauerkraut.

This year we used the crock pot for sauerkraut. I added minced onion, minced garlic, and 3 heaping tablespoons of brown sugar. I cooked on high for 7 hours. It wad so yummy. Husband approved!
