I got this recipe from a friend of mine and its amazing! You can add or omit anything to make it how you want. This is my favorite! My hubby hates mushrooms so I used parchment paper to divide the quiche to keep the mushrooms on one side.
1 can fat free evaporated milk
1 pkg Sausage, maple links browned and cubed
1 cup cheese
1 can Mushrooms, drained
1 pie crust
Preheat oven to 375.
Place crust in pie pan.
Beat eggs and evaporated milk in medium bowl. Add cheese and combine.
Place sausage cubes in pie crust bottom. Pour egg mixture over top of sausage. Place mushrooms on top of eggs.
Cook for one hour or until eggs are competely cooked.
