Wine and Craft Party

I had a wine and craft party for MOMS. It was a huge success and so much fun! I made this amazing cheese board to serve with our wine. It was complete with grapes, gluten free crackers, sharp white cheddar, salami, cashews, honey, apples and of course WINE!

We also made wine glasses using oil based sharpie paint pens. My favorite is my fish bowl wine glass!

Slow Cooker Meat Loaf

This gluten free meatloaf recipe is AMAZING! I have tried others and they didn't have a nice normal meatloaf consistency. This recipe is so delicious especially the top sauce. 2 year old approved recipe especially when served with mashed potatoes.

The only thing I would change is to chop the onion into VERY small pieces.

Slow Cooker Orange Chicken

Super easy!

Put bite size chicken pieces in crock on high for 1 hour, stir, then cook until done (another hour). Mix 3/4 cup sweet orange marmalade and 3/4 BBQ sauce together. Dragon juices from slow cooker. Add sauce mixture. Cook for another 1-1/2 hours. Chamber heat to warm setting for 30 minutes to thicken. Serve hot over jasmine rice. This is 2 year old approved.

Slow Cooker Zappa Soup

The only words I have for this is 'where have you been my whole life, darling'.

Try it! It will quickly be on your weekly menu! My 2 year old LOVES it.

I Love This Mommy Juice

This quote is life <3

The name alone got me to buy it but then I saw that each bottle has a quote on it! So fun! It is affordable and delicious-perfect for mommy juice nights!

New Years Pork Loin and Sauerkraut

Happy New Year!  Here is our recipe for Pork Loin with Sauerkraut.

Put slower cooker bag in (best advice ever). Put large slices of onion on bottom of Slow Cooker and place Pork Loin on top. Saute remaining onion in pan with olive oil. Combine sauted onion, sauerkraut, and 1 Tbsp of brown sugar and heat completely. Place in crock pot with pork and onion.  Cook on high for 2 hours and then low for 3 hours.
