This was amazing! My husband talks about shamrock shakes EVERY year. We haven't had them in about 3 years bc the fast food version makes us ridiculously sick!
I decided to make up my own recipe for dairy free and gluten free shamrock shakes because this year was my year!
I used 2 cups vanilla coconut milk ice cream, 1/4 tsp peppermint extract, 3/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and 2 drops of green food coloring. It's so easy! Put in a Ninja and boom your done!
This is delicious. My toddler and husband were very happy too!
