Roasted Cornish Hens

2 whole Cornish hens
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic salt
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons rosemary leaves, crushed
1 teaspoon thyme leaves
½ teaspoon coarse grind black pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place hens on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Brush with oil. Mix all of the spices and herbs in a small bowl. Rub evenly over the entire surface of the hens. Roast in the oven for 1-1¼ hours, or until the hens are cooked through (an internal temperature of 165°F).
