My Special Potato Salad from Mama

5 lbs red skin potatoes, cleaned and cut in bite sizes and boiled
1 doz eggs, hard boiled
1 Vidalia onion, sliced thinly

Combine all in LARGE bowl.

Add a large scoop of mayo, small squirt of yellow mustard, and a dash of milk. Stir graciously to combine. Then add to potato mixture, stir.

I eat it a lot during picnic season :)
